Are books shipped to anywhere in the world?
Yes! When you enter your mailing address during the order process, the print provider will determine the closest international facility to print and ship your book from. Shipping costs and taxes may vary by location.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
The books are printed on demand. Once you place an order, it takes about 5 business days for printing, and then the books are shipped to you according to the method you chose during checkout.
Can I order both books at the same time?
In order to ensure the best quality and price, the photo book is printed by a different provider (PEECHO) than the text book (LULU). Just click on the order links of your choice and follow the easy checkout process. For the text book, you can order a mix of Hardcover, Softcover and EBook at the same time by clicking this link.
How can I read the Ebook?
The Ebook is a standard EPUB file, which can be read by dedicated EPUB readers like Kindle, or any general book reader app, like Apple Books. Upon completion of your order, an .epub file will be emailed to you. To transfer the book to a Kindle, use the Send To Kindle process. On Apple Books, just double-click the file to add it to your library. NOTE: The file is not copy protected, so please only use it for personal use and don’t share it. Thanks!
What if my LULU order doesn't complete at checkout?
The LULU checkout may be hindered by a popup blocker you have installed in your browser. To check out without problems, open an incognito window and open this website again there.
Why is there no free shipping?
I researched many different POD (Print on Demand) providers, and chose ones that print and ship internationally, and offer great print and binding quality at affordable costs. Providers like Amazon KDP, which may offer free shipping, did unfortunately not meet the quality standards.
Do you offer any discounts?
Unfortunately not. I priced the books so that they are affordable despite shipping costs and applicable taxes. I earn about $1-2 per book.
When will the audio book be available?
Production will start soon, and the audio book will be available in the fall.
