Janet Adler (1941-2023) is the founder of the Discipline of Authentic Movement, a studio practice sourced in the relationship between a mover and a witness, which she developed and taught over the past 50 years. Berlin filmmaker Jens Wazel visited Janet Adler on Galiano Island, B.C. in May 2022.

Their collaboration resulted in the film LIGHT | Five Days with Janet Adler and two books.
